White Lake Resources Corp., general partner for the White Lake Limited Partnership, is seeking applications from eligible persons, to fill the following vacancies:
- Director (1 position)
- Elder Advisor (1 position)
The Director position is available to persons who are 18 years of age and who are not presently in the status of bankrupt (Ontario Corporations Act rules). Applications from Netmizaaggamig Nishnaabeg Band members are strongly encouraged. Applicants should have a background and/or education in business, management, accounting, or financing and/or business operations including in any of our business lines.
This is a voting position. Directors are paid an honorarium plus out of pocket expenses. Lost wages for attending a board meeting are also reimbursed (per WLLP policy).
Note: Any persons recommended for these positions must be reviewed and approved by the Chief and Council.
