GMS Camps & Catering requests interested person/parties to submit a bid for the provision of catering services for the GMS Camps & Catering Grand Opening to be held September 12 th , 2018 @ 1:00pm.
Bid must include the following items:
- BBQ hamburger/hot dogs with buns & 3 salads – caesar, macaroni and house – for approximately 100 people.
- Verification of Safe Food and Handling Certification.
- Provision of all utensils, paper plates, napkins, condiments, drinks/pop/water.
- Provide set-up and cleanup of The Wayfare.

All interested parties must be aware that all items provided under this bid remain the property of GMS Camps & Catering. GMS Camps & Catering will attempt to redistribute food from catered events to those in need.
GMS Camps & Catering will not be bound to accept the lowest bid and reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel, in whole or in part, any and all tenders.
